Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused perfume oils in their original glass vials and velvet packaging to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned oils, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
